REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI):

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS 2022-2026 FINANCIAL YEAR

SOS Children’s Villages in Nigeria is seeking to update its VENDOR REGISTER OF PRE- QUALIFIED SUPPLIERS OF GOODS, SERVICES AND WORKS (2022-2026 FINANCIAL YEAR) and therefore invites interested firms or individuals to submit a sealed application for pre-qualification.

Interested suppliers are required to make a non-refundable payment of NGN50,000.00 per category to: SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria, Bank: ZENITH PLC, Account Number: 1010633084, Swift Code: 057150013 and send the payment confirmation slip to: pre.qualification@sos-nigeria.org. Upon receipt of the payment confirmation and verification, you will receive the Pre-qualification & Registration Package/link. The deposit slip must be attached to the pre-qualification document as the first page when submitting your application. SHOULD THE APPLICANT WISH TO APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE CATEGORY, A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE SHALL BE NGN25,000.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL CATEGORY.

Individuals, Contracting Firms, and Companies currently trading with SOS Children’s Villages in the stated categories who have not previously applied through this process MUST APPLY as well.

The bidders must comply with all the instructions, terms and conditions and ensure that all forms required are properly completed and uploaded as part of the Prequalification Application Documents

Carefully read the instructions before completing the application forms and questionnaire. Note that submission of false information will lead to automatic disqualification.
